Andreas Laemmlein is Global Head of People Development at HARTMANN GROUP. He and his team are responsible to drive within HARTMANN Leadership Development and Key Position Management, Talent Management and Learning. Andreas believes strongly that in the end all business is a people business. People make it happen and the right people in the right places are essential to deliver sustainable business impact. Andreas joined HARTMANN beginning of 2013. Prior he worked within Human Resources in global companies like SIEMENS, Infineon and adidas Group. Overall he has more than 17 years of work experience in HR. During his career he worked with employer branding, recruiting and selection, young talent programs like apprenticeship, International Graduate and MBA programs, employee and leadership assessment, talent identification, talent and leadership development, succession management and employee engagement. Andreas is married and has four children. He holds a Business Administration diploma from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich, Germany.
