Nanne strives to redefine HR in a way to best deliver upon the Skills, Talent, Leadership needs of the ongoing digital transformation. She is in charge of Resourcing, Employer Branding, all Talent initiatives and corporate Management Development, including learning. She also steers Telefónica Germany’s HR Strategy, driving relevant projects such as developing and implementing a new HR operating model based on digitization and individualization. Before joining E-Plus-Group / now Telefónica Germany she worked with Bertelsmann S.A. for 4 years. As Director Corporate Management Development, Nanne gained experience in most relevant fields of Corporate HR. Nanne is a fully trained Lawyer (specialized both in Media& Telecoms as well as Labour Law) with a PhD in Media Law and enjoyed several years in international academia, focusing on management and executive education.
