Kimberlee Harrison has over 28 years of broad HR experience, including her previous experience in the Banking, Finance and the Professional Services sectors. She joined the Deutsche Post DHL Group in 2001, initially as HR Business Partner for DHL Express in the former Global Headquarters in Brussels. She moved into Procurement for six years, initially as the Global Category Manager for HR Services, and then was promoted to SVP, Regional Head of Procurement for North America. She moved back into HR in 2009 and was the Global HR Head for Finance and FHS (Finance & HR Services). In 2012, she was promoted to her current position, Executive Vice President and Global Head of HR for Global Business Services (GBS); the Group’s Finance function; Global Customer Solutions & Innovation (CSI); and, she is responsible for Executive Services in our Corporate Center.  Kimberlee reports to the Board Member for Human Resources and has a dotted reporting line to the Group CFO.  She is a member of the DPDHL HR Board, Finance Board and the GBS Divisional Board.  Kimberlee has dual nationality; she is American and Belgian.  She is married and has two children – both are studying at University.  During the week, she lives and works in Bonn, Germany and on the weekends, she drives home to Belgium.  She and her husband enjoy sailing during Spring, Summer and early Autumn.  When she’s not sailing, she likes to read, listen to music and cook.
