Lise-Lotte Helms-Olesen is leading Talent and Performance Management in McDonald’s 5 largest international lead markets counting more than 300.000 people. In this role she is responsible for talent planning, culture and leadership development and driving a number of change initiatives. Her background expands from setting strategies to meet future expectations from customers and employees over to designing and establishing a new Digital function across multicultural markets in McDonald’s. Prior to this role Lise-Lotte was heading up HR as director in McDonald’s Denmark with the responsibility of HR activities. McDonald’s Denmark was ranked #1 in the Great Place to Work survey both in 2011, 2012 and in 2013 and in 2013 Lise-Lotte was awarded HR Director of the year by the Danish HR association.
