Partner

Solveigh Hieronimus is a Partner at McKinsey & Company, based in Germany. She serves clients in the Public Sector (Governments, Multilateral Institutions, Foundations) on topics covering Education, Employment, Public Health, Sustainability & Resource Productivity and Public Finance across Europe, the Middle East and America.

She leads McKinsey's work on refugees and migration as well as on welfare and employment in Europe and has special expertise in youth and long-term unemployment as well as integrated labor market strategies.

Prior to joining McKinsey, she held various positions at the United Nations, Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan. Solveigh studied in Oxford, Madrid and Paris and has a Master in Economics as well as a Diplôme de Grande Ecole from ESCP-EAP European School of Management. In addition, she holds a Master in Public Administration (MPA) with focus on Development Finance and Security Policy from Columbia University in New York.
